If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

• Customized or final-sale items cannot be returned.

• Please contact us first at info@elmorelewis.com before returning any product.

Return Process:

1. Send an email to our customer care team with your order number.

2. We’ll provide the return address and detailed instructions.

3. Once we receive your item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Return Cost:

• The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or damaged.
