1) Scope
This policy applies to all orders placed on the GLORIOUS MERCH website for customized t-shirts and, where applicable, non-customized items sold in our store.
2) Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods “made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.”
(if offered): You have a 14-day legal period from receipt to withdraw, provided the item is returned in new, complete condition. Return shipping costs may be at the customer’s expense if communicated before the order is placed.
3) Defective Products or Our Error
Regardless of withdrawal rights, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity: for any conformity defects appearing within 2 years from delivery, we will repair, replace, or refund according to the law. Compliance will be restored within a reasonable timeframe, no later than 30 days after your request.
4) Eligibility for Returns (Defective/Error)
For any claim (incorrect print, wrong size delivered, item damaged upon arrival, quality defect):
7 days of receipt with your order number, clear photos of the defect, and the original packaging.

6) Return Shipping Costs

7) Refunds
same payment method used for the original order, once the item is received and inspected (or upon defect confirmation).
8) Exchanges
If the item is defective or incorrect, we will prioritize replacement with the same item. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be offered according to the legal warranty.
9) Items Not Eligible for Return
customized item without defect.
10) Lost or Damaged Parcels in Transit
If your package is lost or damaged by the carrier, contact us within 7 days after the estimated delivery date with your order number so we can open an investigation.
11) Return Address
The return address and label (if applicable) will be provided by email after your request is approved at info@gloriousmerch.com.
