Every Elmore Lewis timepiece comes with a 12 month manufacturers warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself. These defects are limited to the movement, case and crystal and glass. Other parts of the watch, including tools associated with the watch are not covered by this particular warranty.

Repair or replacement charges will be incurred by the customer in the following cases, even if it falls within the warranty term;

  • Damage or failure caused by an attempted repair, modification, improper use or carelessness (this includes crushing, knocks, dents and any damaged that is deemed to have been caused by the customer).
  • Any damage or failure caused by water, fire, or any natural disaster.
  • Any damage that has occurred due to normal “wear and tear” and ageing. This includes but is not limited to minor scratches on both the case and glass and discolouration of bands. Elmore Lewis watches reserves the right to make final decision on the cause of the fault.
  • Battery replacement is charged even during the warranty term.
  • Purchasing an Elmore Lewis watch means agreeing to these terms.

When contacting customer support please include the order number, tracking number, and the reason for the complaint to ensure we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible. In the case that the issue cannot be resolved we will give you instructions on how to return the item directly to us.

You must ensure that when returning the item it is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged in transit. It must contain all items that were originally shipped. It must be sent via registered post or courier. A tracking number should be provided to the Elmore Lewis watches support team, to ensure the safe return of the package. If no issue can be found with the product that has been returned a $20.00 AUD fee will be charged for return shipping to the customer. Free returns are conditional at our agreement. All direct refunds are conditional on the fact that we deserve the right to provide refunds or not if the product is as ordered, undamaged, and what the customer has ordered. Elmore Lewis reserves the full rights to decline refunds if we have provided exactly what was ordered. If any stickers, markings, packaging or items have been modified since being sent, the customer voids the refund policy and the refund is conditional based on our approval. Purchasing through our site means you agree to these terms.

Elmore Lewis watches may replace damaged or faulty parts if it is deemed to meet the warranty conditions. In the event that original parts are not available Elmore Lewis will offer the customer a replacement watch free of charge. If the product is found to have a major fault Elmore Lewis watches will offer the customer a replacement. In the event that a replacement is not available the customer may choose a product of the same or lesser value. No cash refunds will be allowed unless a staff member of Elmore Lewis has assessed your situation and believes you are entitled to a cash refund. Elmore Lewis watches will however also provide a refund of any shipping costs associated with the return of the watch (a valid receipt must be provided for shipping costs, either through AUSpost, FedEx, or DHL).

Returns and refunds are processed through PayPal, unless otherwise negotiated with a representative of Elmore Lewis. Any such requests for refunds can take up to 30 days to process after the request is made and goods are received.

* Some pictures of products from Elmore Lewis may be representations only. Real products may differ in colour and size. Purchasing from Elmore Lewis you agree to these terms and changing your mind based on colours, size, weight etc. is not valid for a refund, but may be eligible for an exchange.
