If for any reason you would like to return your item please contact us at sales@elmorelewis.com

Please also state your name, order number and the reason for your return. This must be within 14 days of purchase and the item must be unworn and in "as new" condition. All original packaging should be included and all stickers/tabs on watches.

If you return an item from Elmore Lewis we will issue you with either a store credit or cash refund. On 'Sale' items, or discounted orders 20% off and above, there is a AU $30 returns-fee deducted per watch to cover shipping, processing, and admin costs. A $15 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders prior to shipping. AfterPay orders incur an additional $5 to compensate for merchant fees.

Cash refunds are unavailable for sizing issues, as sizes are clearly displayed on our website product pages. In exchange, we can offer store-credit for another purchase.


WARRANTY CLAIMS
 

If you believe any item is defective or damaged we sincerely apologise, luckily our products come standard with a 1 Year International Warranty. If there is an issue, please contact us immediately at sales@elmorelewis.com. Our team will discuss with you and process your warranty claim or help you fix any issues in the fastest manner possible.

We do not cover any damages or issues caused during the shipping process, if a box is damaged and the watch/accessory is damaged we do not take responsibility for that - however we will do our best to help you!
